Ingredients:

Mild Fish- Flounder or Sole

Onions

Butter

Sour Cream

Paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Baker fish at 375 in oven till firm (20-40 min)

Fry onions in butter

When fish is almost done, top with onions, sour cream, and paprika

Bake at 400, (10 min)

Serve

Tagged: fish, flounder, sour cream, onions, butter, canola oil
