Ingredients:

Eggplants, peeled and chopped into cubes

Fresh tomatoes

Onions

Garlic

Tomato sauce

 

Preparation:

Cut up everything, put in big pot.

Cook on low for 1-5 hours.

Add water if thinner consistency is desired.
